Your focus will be on account management and business expansion – identifying opportunities, cross- and up-selling to existing customers, and winning new ones. You are someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on initiative, enjoys connecting with clients, and knows when to pick up the phone to make things happen.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the BeNeLux region.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies to expand GBTEC’s footprint in the BPM + EAM software space.
- Apply both hunter and farmer sales strategies – building new relationships while strengthening existing ones.
- Drive revenue growth through cross- and up-selling into existing customer accounts.
- Identify strategies to win customers and close deals in collaboration with your senior colleague in Amsterdam.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
- Represent GBTEC at customer meetings and industry events in the Netherlands (approx. once per week) to build long-term partnerships.
- Stay up to date on BPM market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to position GBTEC effectively.
