As Product Marketing Manager GRC (m/f/d), you are part of our global marketing team and a driving force behind the successful positioning of our products in line with the expectations and use cases of our international target customers. Within a small, specialized team, you take primary responsibility for positioning our GRC product portfolio and provide content leadership for this product area. You develop compelling value propositions, a clear competitive differentiation strategy, and deliver actionable customer insights to Sales and Marketing. Through in-depth market analysis and close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and other marketing teams, you ensure that our target audiences quickly and clearly understand the benefits of our GRC solutions.
- Product Marketing Strategy for the GRC Product Portfolio: You develop a deep understanding of our global target audience and create a clear product positioning and differentiation, strong value propositions, and compelling messaging with a strong focus on customer value.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: You analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to make informed decisions regarding product positioning and further development, continuously refining and optimizing messaging.
- Customer Segmentation & Ideal Customer Profile: Based on market and customer data, you define and continuously update customer segments, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and personas. You develop targeted strategies to improve personalization and effectively address each segment.
- Content Creation: In close collaboration with our Content and Web teams, you create compelling content across all marketing channels to effectively engage target audiences throughout the entire buying and customer journey and position GBTEC as a thought leader in AI-driven business transformation.
- Sales Enablement: You develop and maintain sales-support materials such as messaging guides, presentations, product brochures, and battle cards.
- Analyst Relations: You build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant industry analysts to position our company as a leading provider in GRC, BPM, and EAM.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Growth Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful market positioning aligned with market requirements and orchestrate cross-functional marketing activities.
