As Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning and implementing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns – with a particular focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with our DACH sales team to optimally align target audiences, priorities and messaging, and to reach the right accounts at the right time.
- Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and expand business (upsell/cross-sell) in the DACH region
- Developing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes in close collaboration with the sales team
- Creation of localised campaign strategies and messaging tailored to the target audiences, industries and purchasing behaviour in the DACH region
- Responsibility for the entire campaign process: briefing, asset coordination, scheduling, execution and reporting
- Use of tools such as 6sense, Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for targeting audiences, campaign orchestration and performance analysis
- Close coordination with teams for content, paid media, events and digital marketing to ensure cross-channel implementation
- Measuring campaign success using relevant KPIs such as engagement, leads, pipeline contribution and revenue
- Acting as a sparring partner for the sales team, providing insights and supporting materials
